 Rights to Opt Out

 By simply deleting the application, you can discontinue all information collecting by it.  You can use the regular uninstall procedures that can be included with your mobile device or through the network or store for mobile applications.

 Policy for Data Retention

User-provided data will be kept by the service provider for as long as you use its application and for a fair amount of time after that.  Please email them at crickeraliveline@gmail.com if you would like them to remove User-Provided Data that you submitted through the application, and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Children’s Saftey

The application is not intentionally used by the service provider to market to or collect information from children younger than thirteen.

No one under the age of thirteen is addressed by the application.  The Service Provider does not intentionally gather personally identifiable information from minors younger than thirteen.  If the service provider finds out that a kid under the age of 13 has submitted personal information, they will promptly remove it from their systems.  Please get in touch with the Service Provider (crickeraliveline@gmail.com) if you are their parents or guardians and you know that your child has given us private data so that they can take the appropriate action.
