Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions cover the Crickera app (hereafter "Application") for mobile devices, which was made by Crick Pro (hereafter "Service Provider") as a service that is free.

You automatically accept the following terms when you download or use the application.  Before using the application, it is highly recommended that you read and comprehend these terms.  It is expressly forbidden to replicate or alter the Application, any portion of the app, or our trademarks without permission.  Any attempt to translate the application into another language, extract its source code, or produce derivative versions is prohibited.  The Service Provider retains ownership of all brand names, patents, information freedoms, and other ownership rights pertaining to the Application.

The goal of the service provider is to make sure the application is as useful and effective as feasible.  Therefore, they retain the right to change the application or charge for their services for any reason at any time.  The service provider guarantees that you will be informed in full of any fees associated with the app or its services.

In order to deliver the Service, the Application keeps and uses the personal information you have given to the Service Provider.  Keeping your phone secure and allowing access to the application is your responsibility.  The service provider strongly advises against tapping or hacking your phone, which entails getting rid of the constraints and software restrictions put in place by the device's official operating system.  Such activities may damage your phone's security features, expose it to viruses, spyware, and harmful apps, and cause the application to malfunction or not work at all.

Please be aware that the application makes use of third-party services, each of which has its own set of terms and conditions.  Links to the rules and regulations of third-party providers of services that the application uses are provided below:

Google Play Services

Please note that the provider of services does not take accountability for all aspects of the situation.  An active internet connection—which may be Wi-Fi or supplied by your mobile network provider—is necessary for certain application functionality.  If you have used up all of your data allotment or the application does not run at its best because you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, the service provider is not liable.

If you are not in a Wi-Fi area, please note that the conditions of your mobile network provider's deal still apply.  As a result, you can be charged by your mobile provider for data consumption when connecting to the program, or you might be charged by other third parties.  By utilizing the program, you agree to pay for any associated costs, including roaming data fees if you use it outside of your home area or country without turning off data roaming.  When you use the program on a device that does not belong to you, they believe that you have approval from the debt payer.

In a similar vein, the service provider is not necessarily liable for how you use the program.  For example, you are in charge of making sure your device is charged.  The service provider is not liable if your device's battery dies and you are unable to use the service.

Regarding the Service Provider's liability for your use of the application, it is crucial to remember that although they work hard to keep it current and correct at all times, they do depend on outside parties to supply them with information so that they can make it available to you.  If you rely only on this application capability, the Service Provider disclaims all obligation for any loss you may suffer, whether direct or indirect.

At some point, the service provider may want to upgrade the application.  The program is now available, but it may change depending on the operating system requirements (and any other systems they want to make available). If you want to keep using the application, you will need to download the updates.  The service provider does not promise that it will always update the program to make it compatible with the specific operating system version that is installed on your device and/or relevant to you.  On the other hand, you consent to always accept application updates when they are made available.  Additionally, the service provider may decide to stop offering the application and stop using it at any time without giving you a notice of termination.  If they don't tell you otherwise after they terminate,

Modifications to These Conditions

Periodically, the service provider may make changes to its terms and conditions.  It is, therefore recommended that you check this page frequently for any updates.  If there are any changes, the Service Provider will post the updated Terms and Conditions here to let you know.

These terms and conditions go into effect on March 31, 2025.
